Parking Stall Storage Cabinet

The BOD has approved the use of plastic storage cabinets in most parking stalls with the exclusion of A level stalls on the mountain side as there is no wall to secure the cabinet to.

Authorization

1. Owner or agent must submit a Work Authorization Request to MSS Management.
   1. Include specs/image of the storage cabinet.
2. MSS Management must authorize request prior to installation.

Cabinet Specifications

1. WIDTH: Cannot be wider than the parking stall.  Must be fully contained inside the painted stripes.
2. HEIGHT: Cannot exceed the height of the wall it is being secured to.
   1. Low block walls are 4’ high
   2. Cable barrier is 40” high
   3. Full walls are 6’ high
3. DEPTH: Must fit between wall and parking block.
4. Storage cabinets must be completely plastic and tan/beige in color.
5. The unit must be replaced once it shows wear.

Installation

1. Units must be secured to the wall it is put against.
   1. U bolts or lumber and screws to sandwich the cabinets around the fence. 
   2. Anchors can be used on block walls.
   3. Cannot be secured to the floor.

NOTES:  Nothing can be left outside the storage cabinet. Fines will be issued for noncompliance.
