Annual Inspections - 2023

Dear Aloha owners,
We would like to inform you that the annual unit inspections will be taking place starting July 10th and will continue until all units have been inspected.
In order to ensure a smooth and efficient inspection process, we kindly request your cooperation with the following:
- Clear the area surrounding the water heater to allow easy access to the tank. If the top of the heater is sealed, please unseal it before the inspection.
- For those with tankless heaters, please ensure that we have unrestricted access to the valve and hoses.
- If your unit is equipped with a water shut-off valve, please clear the surrounding area to facilitate the inspection.
- Clear the space beneath the kitchen and bathroom sinks, ensuring easy access for inspection purposes.
- Similarly, clear the area around the washer and dryer to enable thorough inspection.
- Remove any obstructions near the electrical outlets to allow for a comprehensive inspection.
- If you anticipate being away from your unit during the specified period, kindly make arrangements with the office to ensure proper access for the inspection.
