Aloha,
I am blessed to be a mother first, but also a very passionate professional loving my field of business organization & efficiency. Enthusiastic about improving social issues affecting my community’s culture & climate, I donate my time to promoting the well-being of Makaha Surfside as a newly elected Board Member for the 2023-2025 term of service.
With a Master of Science in Applied Behavioral Analysis, I run my own company as a behavioral consultant; helping clients facilitate change personally or professionally. My purpose is to support business owners and managers in developing their own skills, while creating customized action plans to achieve their long-term vision using behavioral science.
I have enjoyed working in the construction field, hospitality and water sports industries, special education and for non-profits. Since 2002, I have enhanced business operations for a variety of clients by helping individuals and companies with accounting related tasks, business development and operations management. Creating websites, brochures, business cards, and other advertising collateral are some of my favorite jobs. I am well versed in online customer engagement across many platforms. However, my top priority regarding MSS is the budget! Where can we trim unnecessary expenses and how can we ensure we are getting the best services at the lowest costs?
I look forward to meeting more of my fellow residents around the property and seeing improvements come from the collaboration of everyone involved.
