Dear MSS Owner,

I am requesting your vote at the 2022 Annual Meeting or assigning your proxy to me if you cannot attend.  The past 2 years have been very busy at MSS.  Even with the pandemic, we continued spalling and painting in the parking structure, replaced the C pool gazebo, replaced the roofing on the laundry buildings, the security booth and the portico at the office/mail boxes entrance and replaced the long overdue fencing on the ocean side after the lagoon project was completed. We have scheduled repairs for buildings B & C, C pool deck painting & re-tiling, asphalt resealing and few other reserve expenses in 2022.

I have been on the Board working hard to move these projects forward. Taking care of MSS is serious business. I have been honored to be elected and serve as  President of the MSS Board of Directors these last two years.

My life experience includes 6 years as President of the North Clackamas OSEA chapter and elected to the national board of the AACSE in Washington DC. I spent the last 15+ years helping educate our youth in Oregon.  Before returning to education I ran the Employee Sales division of Pendleton Woolen Mills in Milwaukie Oregon. I raised 3 children that are all successful and independent adults now and am the proud grandparent of 8 wonderful grandchildren.

MSS is in a solvent financial position. Our reserves are over $3.5 million. Required capital improvements are underway. Makaha Surfside is a place that you can be proud to say you own part of. Many have commented on how all the improvements and continued maintenance has made MSS more resort like in appearance.

Your continued support is greatly appreciated.
